Delegate Registration Terms and Conditions

Early Bird Discounts

We encourage our participants to take advantage of the early bird discount if they choose to sign up before the cutoff date. Early Bird discount ends Friday 18 March 2016.

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday 8 April 2016.  Cancellations after this date and before Monday 2 May 2016 will attract a $75 (ex GST) processing fee.   Refunds will not be granted from Monday 2 May 2016, nor will they be given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.

If we are required to engage a collection agent and /or take any legal action in order to recover payment entitlements from you, you agree to reimburse us for the cost of doing so on a dollar for dollar basis.

Transfer of Registration

Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.  The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be processed prior to the conference by contacting marketing@btasconference.com.au.

Special Requirements

If you require any special requirements (dietary, access, etc.) please contact Jo Alker on 0429 945 484 or via email at marketing@btasconference.com.au.   Every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.

Use of Personal Information

The conference will collect and store information you provide in this registration form for the purposes of enabling us to:

  • register your attendance at the conference
  • assist with administrative and planning purposes
  • plan and develop conference and other events in the future
  • facilitate your requirements in relation to the conference
  • allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the conference.

The information that you provide in the registration form and information provided at any other time during the conference, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the conference, will be used by the conference to offer, provide and continue to improve its conferences and other services. 

Conference Delegate List

The conference will produce a delegate list of all delegates for supply to all registered sponsors and exhibitors at the conference. Registrants may withhold consent for inclusion of their details in this publication by contacting marketing@btasconference.com.au by 27 April 2016.
