Inbay worked as an MSP within the industry for over 10 years, building up a wealth of first hand experience of delivering MSP programs.
Using our unique perspective, we now act as a partner to MSPs, managed print providers, VARs, distributors and IT service providers, who want to extend the services they offer their clients and build recurring revenue.
Our clients come to us for many reasons. Typically, it’s because they are looking for a competitive and profitable way to build their managed services business or scale their existing business.
Or sometimes they’re concerned that they’re not getting the most from their highly skilled resources, who could be more profitably deployed away from essential ‘bread and butter’ services such as NOC and Service Desk into higher-value project work and consulting.
Additionally, it could be that they need to offer a 24/7 or out-of-hours solution for their clients but are struggling to deliver this cost effectively in-house.
Recently we worked with a Managed Print Provider in Australia that wanted to build a profitable new managed services business. We were able to quickly deploy all of their 24/7 service desk and NOC services enabling them to concentrate on ramping up sales.
