BTAS | Returns to Sydney for 2018

SER has specialised in the print industry since its inception in 1994. As such, it understands the traditional needs of the office equipment vendor that make up its client base. Issues such as ownership of equipment upon expiry, payout methodology, rate structures, approval ratios etc are all second nature to SER.
SER is across all the new developments and opportunities facing the industry. Like the vendors it serves, SER has had to transition to cope with industry demands such as Haas, Saas, Hardware Lag, Technology Stacks and the concept of “one throat to choke”. Nothing short of massive investment in technology and people has enabled this transition.
The result is that SER can meet the challenges of today, whilst still paying homage to the traditional requirements of a vendor, that remain so important in developing real value for that vendor.
